Flex Hour Jobs Donates Year-end to Charities

Las Vegas, NV. (PRWEB) December 31, 2011

Christmas Donation Campaigns were feeling the pinch this year, and with families squeezed by the economy, the kids are the ones feeling the pain. Donations make a big difference for the one in five kids living below the poverty level. In NV, one of the hardest hit states in the US, 13% of all babies, toddlers and teens have been kicked out of their homes because of unpaid mortgages or rent. ?These kids will suffer academically, environmentally and socially long after their parents have recovered. My five year old came home from kindergarten several weeks ago talking about food stamps. That?s not a conversation children should be concerned with? says Jacqueline Sloboda, Founder of Flex Hour Jobs.

Flex Hour Jobs gets calls every week from single parents desperate for work. They explain their situations of losing homes and worrying about their kids. Child Poverty is exploding in America and the main reason is the millions of parents unemployed. ?It?s with great pleasure that we donate part of our profits to help those in need? says Sloboda. ?When a person looks back on their life, the days they remember are the days that changed who they are. Giving to kids in need will make a big difference in their lives.?

Flex Hour Jobs participated in Tory Johnson?s Spark & Hustle Holiday Cheer Campaign which raised donations for people in need. As ABC?s Deals and Steals Reporter, Johnson and her crew were able to use coupons and super savings deals to stretch the impact of every dollar donated in buying clothing, toys, groceries, bikes and bedding for people in need.

Starting 2012, Flex Hour Jobs is launching an exciting campaign in January to help returning veterans and their families with job searches. With the support of our communities, together we can make a difference for those veterans who have put their lives on the line to help us. Watch for upcoming details and if you don?t have the resources to donate, please consider donating your time. For additional info contact:
